This last weekend I went to Dream Dinners (I went to the one in Wheat Ridge). I love the concept. You schedule some time (it takes about an hour) to make several dinners that you toss in your freezer and you have meal options for the month! I opted for six meals serving 2-3 people and am excited to see if I use them on days that I have my kids or not. There is a station for each prepared meal (you pre-order what you are making). Assembly is simple, you just follow a recipe card and put the ingredients in a giant ziplock bag. Labeled and ready! The first night we had the Seafood Cioppino (sounds fancy). The kids loved it! Can’t wait to try the other stuff. Follow me on Twitter (@GeeWhy93) to see what I think of the other meals.
